Open beta terms

Overto is a free open beta operated by Gal Elmalah. By using it, you agree to these terms.

You retain ownership of your content. You allow Overto and its service providers to store, process and deliver that content as needed to provide the service and the sharing features you choose. Only upload content you have permission to use and share.

Keep your account and agent credentials secure. You are responsible for the access you grant to company members and connected agents. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access or interference with other users.

The free beta includes 1 GB of storage per company. An account can create up to two companies; joining other companies does not consume that creation allowance. Company member limits still apply. There is no paid subscription in this release.

The beta may change, have interruptions or be discontinued. Keep your own copies of important content. No uptime or recovery service level is promised. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
